报告摘要:
Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection remains a serious public health problem in china. In this talk, I will first introduce the three national serosurvey data of hepatitis B in China. Then I will talk about an age-structured discrete model of HBV Transmission and the method of parameter estimation. Based on this HBV Transmission model, we evaluate the independent impact of newborn hepatitis B vaccination on reducing HBV prevalence in China and explore the influence of increasing test-and-treat coverage on HBV infection. We also estimate the effect of sexual transmission on HBV infection in China. We find that newborn hepatitis B vaccination in China have played the most important role in reducing HBV prevalence. Increasing test-and-treat coverage will significantly reduce HBV infection in China, especially in the middle-aged people and older people. Sexual transmission has become the main way of transmission of new HBV infections in China, especially for men. This is a joint work with Dr. Miaolei Li, Peifeng Liang and Guihua Zhuang.
报告人简介:
祖建,博士,西安交通大学数学与统计学院教授,博士生导师。主要从事计算系统流行病学与智能诊疗的数学理论与方法研究,系统研究了我国乙肝、新冠病毒等传染病的时空演化传播动力学机制,相关成果被国家和陕西省疾控中心采纳。以第一/通讯作者在《Journal of Hepatology》《Journal of Mathematical Biology》《Nucleic Acids Research》《Science China-Life Sciences》等国际期刊发表SCI论文50多篇,其中ESI高被引论文8篇,热点论文4篇,封面论文2篇,H-指数26,影响因子IF≥15论文3篇,最高IF=26.8,被Nature Medicine等引用2000多次。申请国家发明专利12项,授权4项。主持国家自然科学基金项目4项,陕西国家应用数学中心项目1项,省部级科研项目5项,新冠病毒应急专项项目2项。担任国际期刊《Frontiers in Public Health》编委,中国数学会生物数学专委会委员兼副秘书长。2021年获“王宽诚育才奖”,2023年获批“陕西省一流团队”。
