专家简介：
Meng Gao is currently a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University, focusing on adaptation and mitigation of climate change and air pollution using statistical and numerical models (global and regional climate/weather, chemical transport models). He received his B.Sc. in Atmospheric Physics at Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology in 2012, and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at the University of Iowa in 2015 working with Professor Gregory R. Carmichael on aerosol modeling and aerosol data assimilation. In 2016, he started his postdoctoral training with Prof. Michael B. McElroy at Harvard University on Climate change impacts on renewable energy and air pollution. He has published 11 first-authored, 12 co-authored peer-reviewed publications and one first-authored book chapter. He has received several prestigious awards, including ACCESS (Atmospheric Chemistry Colloquium for Emerging Senior Scientists) invitee by the US Department of Energy.
