报告题目：Local Discontinuous Galerkin Methods for Singularly Perturbed Problems with Boundary Layers

报告摘要：This talk presents recent progress on the Local Discontinuous Galerkin (LDG) method for singularly perturbed problems exhibiting typical boundary layers. We establish optimal-order error estimates in the L2-norm, balanced norm, and maximum norm, all of which are uniformly convergent with respect to the perturbation parameter. Our analysis relies on several distinct techniques, including energy-norm supercloseness, composite projectors, layer-upwind numerical fluxes, and discrete Green's functions. The theoretical findings are further validated by numerical experiments, demonstrating the optimality and robustness of the proposed error bounds.
专家简介：程瑶，苏州科技大学数学科学学院副教授。长期从事奇异摄动问题数值解和局部间断Galerkin有限元方法的理论分析与应用研究。在计算数学领域权威期刊如Mathematics of Computation、Numerische Mathematik、IMA Journal of Numerical Analysis等发表论文四十余篇。先后主持完成国家自然科学基金青年基金、江苏省自然科学基金、江苏省高校自然科学面上项目等，入选江苏高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象。目前担任中国数学会奇异摄动专业委员会委员、中国仿真学会不确定性系统分析与仿真专业委员会委员、中国仿真学会仿真算法专业委员会委员，以及江苏省计算数学学会理事。
