专家简介:
Dr. Carmen Ciotonea is an Associate Professor at the Engineering School Littoral Cote d’Opale and a member of the UCEIV laboratory's catalysis team. She obtained double PhD diploma from IC2MP-Poitiers and Technical University from Iasi (RO), in 2015. Her research focuses on catalyst synthesis and characterization.
To date, she published 51 scientific publications (ORCID 0000-000207711-356X), most of them on the preparation of supported catalysts for various applications. Currently, she is co-supervising 5 PhD students and 2 postdoc researchers. Students are hired from ongoing projects [PHC Brancusi, ANR CASiBIO, ANR FAAR, Stimule Micropol, Goupe Séché Environnement]. She is involved in several national and international projects, as expert in catalytic material preparation. She is vicepresident of French Chemical Society - HDF and a part of a Committee of Zeolite French Group.
报告摘要:
This presentation will show how we engineered a new generation of nickel catalysts by strategically modifying their silica support with elements like Zirconium. You will see how this approach significantly enhances catalytic activity, ensures remarkable long-term stability, and crucially, suppresses carbon formation—paving the way for more efficient hydrogen production from greenhouse gases.
