(Chairman of the Terrestrial Observation Panel for Climate of GCOS and GTOC)、欧洲航空航天局碳观测卫星CarbonSat任务评估小组成员等。
Dr. Han Dolman, Professor of Ecohydrology, the head of the Department of Earth Sciences, Vrije University Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He is also a Honorary Professor, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology His research interests are the interaction of the terrestrial biosphere with the carbon and hydrological cycle and the atmosphere. My work is a combination of modeling and experimental work. He is involved in FLUXNET eddy covariance observations of CO2 and methane in the Netherlands (Horstermeer; http://ecoschermnet.falw.vu.nl:81/) and the Far East Siberia. He is further interested in the application of inverse modeling techniques to regional carbon balances and the application of simple models to study fragility, resilience and feedbacks.
He has published more than 150 papers in international academic journals, including Nature, Science. His citation is more than 25,000 times and the H index is 72 (Google Scholar).
He was awarded the Vernadsky medal of the EGU in 2013; Gold honorary medal from the President of the republic of Yakutia , 2010; He got the certification from IPCC as a lead author of AR4 that he contributed to the reports of the IPCC, which was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007.
His Synergistic Activities: 2008 –2013 Chairman of the Terrestrial Observation Panel for Climate of GCOS and GTOC (TOPC); 2011-present: Member of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Netherlands Royal Meteorological Institute; 2009- present: Lead GEO Task CL09-03a, Integrated Carbon Observing System; 2011 – Present: member of the Mission Assessment Group of CarbonSat, European Space Agency.
